Cascina Assiolo

Reservations.

To ask for room availability, use the request form on our website.
On the day of arrival, check-in is from 15:00; On the day of departure, check out is by 11:00 am. If you want to arrive early or leave late, please get in touch.
Upon arrival, each guest must show a valid identity document.
Prices are per room and per night and include taxes.
The tourist tax is paid on arrival.
there will be an extra charge of 30 Euro if you bring your dog

It is possible to cancel or reduce your reservation:

up to 5 days before the date of your arrival at without any charge.
less than 5 days before date of arrival at 50% of the charge for your stay
less than 1 day before the arrival date or in case of no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of your stay.

Accessibility

Double room. There is a single step at the main door. Once inside, your room and bathroom are step free.
Apartment. The apartment is not step free.
Outside grounds. Access from the car parking to your accommodation is a mixture of stone paths and close mown grass, it is fairly flat. Our wider grounds are natural, surfaces are uneven and some slopes are steep.

What do I need to bring?

We provide all bedding and towels, our bathrooms have handwashing soap and shampoo, just bring your own personal choice of toiletries.
We’re in the middle of nature. Bring the right shoes, bring a backpack and dress sporty, depending on the season (we are at 700 meters above sea level).
We have a washing machine you can use for a €5 charge

Cooking for yourself.

The Apartment kitchen has a good range of cooking implements, full sets of crockery and cutlery for four. The kitchen has cooking oil and a small range of seasoning (feel free to pick fresh herbs from our garden).
The Double room has a basic kitchen just outside your room. It has double hot plate, microwave and a small fridge. It has a small range of cooking implements, crockery and cutlery for two.
If you want to buy supplies, there is a small, well stocked supermarket below us in Monesiglio, 10 minutes’ drive away.

Children.

Pets.

We are animal lovers. Well behaved cats and dogs are welcome. (Please remember, we are in an unfenced natural environment, you must be able to control your dogs at all times, and please clean up after them).
There is an extra €30 cleaning charge for pets per stay.

Cycling

We are keen cyclists. If you arrive by bike, you will have earned an especially warm welcome. We have secure storage. We have pumps and a range of tools to keep our bikes in working order, you are free to make use of them if you need, just ask. You can charge your E bike batteries (as long as they are unmodified and comply with EU Standards).
We're happy to help with route choices: road, gravel or MTB.
